The WRA was formed five years ago by Warner residents, whose flats are mainly managed by Freehold Managers plc. There’s strength in numbers and we were able to addresss some problems by acting together.
Now we want to reach out to leaseholders in all types of properties, with any managing agent, across the borough, to identify common issues, and help give leaseholders a stronger voice.
